Michels will write a short article about your company and the services it offers in the "Guide, Outfitter and Hunting Consultant" section of Trinity Mountain Outdoor News. He will also include any weekly reports you send him in his "Weekly Hunting Report" column of Trinity Mountain Outdoor News.

We will provide a link, with a short ad and your logo, to your website from the "Advertising Pages" section of Trinity Mountain Outdoor News. We will also feature your logo (with a link) on the Trinity Mountain Outdoor News homepage for a year; plus a short advertisement for 1 month. In addition, noted outdoor columnist T.R. Michels will write a "Field Test Report" about your product, and we will publish your Product Press Releases in Trinity Mountain Outdoor News for a full year.

If you want maximum exposure for your site, you can sponsor one of several pages on the Trinity Mountain Outdoors site, and tailor your product or service to the appropriate pages, including species-specific (whitetail, turkey, waterFowl, elk) pages. Only four banners will be placed on each page. When you choose a page (or pages) to sponsor, we will place your banner (no larger than 286x60) with a link on that page to your site. Species-specific pages can be found in Trinity Mountain Outdoor News, T.R.'s Hunting Tips, and the species-specific Charts, Graphs and Communication pages.

In order to keep your high rankings on the search engines, many of them require that you re-submit your web site every 3 months. Search Engine Submission to 1500+ search engines every 3 months: $75 per year.

Search Engine Optimization You should also do a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to ensure that you have the proper META Tag Name, Keywords, Key Phrases and Description inserted into the HTML (source) Code on the pages of your web site. These META Tags determine how the search engines read and rank your site; and the higher your web site ranks, the more visits it will receive. One time SEO of your Home Page; $20. Additional one time web page(s) SEO; $10 each.

With 14 years personal experience writing for national magazines such as American Hunter, Turkey Call, North American Whitetail, Petersen's Bowhunting, Buckmasters and other publications; writing product descriptions for catalogs and press releases; and designing informational brochures, we can provide you with attractive, low-cost printed material for all your marketing needs.

Because I am an outdoor writer, I have made personal contact with and have written articles for many of the editors, publishers and webmasters in the hunting industry. I have also compiled an extensive list of mailing address, and e-mail addresses for those magazines, newspapers and websites. As a writer, my relationship with those editors, publishers and webmasters gives me recognition and easy access to them and their publications. It also allows me to readily introduce them to your products or services by US mail or e-mail.

Below is a Fee Schedule that outlines our services and fees. We can help you market your product or service by providing attractive, informative, low-cost publishing and public relations services.

We also offer Exhibitor Display, Public Relations and Sales Services for hunting related products at consumer and wholesale sport shows. At Trinity Mountain Outdoors we understand that time is important to you, and that your time is limited. We also understand that public image, display and sale of your products by knowledgeable personnel is essential to your business. We can provide you with the personnel to staff your booth, or we can transport, display and staff a booth for you at selected sport shows.

I personally have 17 years experience as a sport show exhibitor; as a professional hunting guide, outfitter and consultant; and as a camouflage, clothing, accessories, game call, scent and decoy designer and product consultant. As a result of my writing for several national publications, and speaking at many of the sport shows in the Midwest, I am also able to introduce you and your products or services to several nationally recognized writers and speakers. In addition to our other services I am also available for seminars and product demonstration at sport shows, store promotions and other functions.

Display your product and literature in conjunction with Trinity Mountain Outdoors booth at retail shows: $100 per day while at the show. Minimum fee $300.

Display, Public Relations/Distribution of Literature w/Commissioned Sales

Display your product and literature, plus sales of product in conjunction with Trinity Mountain Outdoors booth at retail shows: $150 per day while at the show, plus 10 percent commission on all retail sales. Commission shall not commence until retail sales exceed the price of the booth. Minimum fee $450.

Display, Public Relations/Distribution of Literature w/Non-commissioned Sales

Display your product and literature plus sales of product in conjunction with Trinity Mountain Outdoors booth at retail shows: $175 per day while at the show. Minimum fee $525.

Transportation of your booth: booth fees and travel expenses for two staff members, $200 per day while at the show, plus 10 Percent commission on all retail sales. Commission shall not commence until retail sales exceed the price of the booth. Minimum fee $600.

Transportation of your booth: booth fees and travel expenses for two staff members, plus $225 per day while at the show. Minimum fee $675.

Up to two 45-60 minute seminars of your choice per day, with slide presentation or product demonstration: $300 per day plus travel expenses. Biography and seminar list available on request. Minimum fee $300.

Travel expenses will include actual gas and oil expenses/.40 per mile; parking, airfare or ground transportation; meals while in transit and at the show (not to exceed $30 per day per person); and lodging while in transit and at the show (not to exceed $60 per day per person). Option to purchase roundtrip airfare to and from Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN airport to reduce expenses.

Notice: Several sport shows are now requiring exhibitors to show proof of liability insurance in the amount of $500,000 for the show site. Liability insurance for the show site will be provided by Trinity Mountain Outdoors.

Press Release, Informational Handout or Sales Brochure

Design, photographic layout, consultation and editing. $50 per hour; photographic scanning and touchup $35 per hour. Minimum fee $150, includes 4 photographic images.

Professional photography of your products, in real-life hunting environments. We do not do studio photography. We will provide you 6 digitally enhanced .jpg format 300 ppi images on diskette or CD. Six images of one product without a model, $150. Six images of T.R. Michels demonstrating your product, $200.

We have access to several low-cost printing operations. Contact us for quotes on your printed material.

One master copy of a Letter of Introduction from T.R. Michels/Trinity Mountain Outdoors to be accompany your Press Release, or to be sent to our contact list of editors, publishers and webmasters. $50.

E-mail of Press Release, two JPG photographic images, and Letter of Introduction (when applicable) to our contact list of 20+ national/regional magazines, 30+ national/regional/state magazines/newspapers, and 40+ websites. $50 per Press Release.

Mailing of Press Release (1 printed sheet), two color 3x5 photographs or .JPG images on diskette (provided by you), and Letter of Introduction (1 printed sheet, when applicable) to our contact list of 20+ national/regional magazines, 30+ national/regional/state magazines/newspapers, and 40+ websites. $200 per Press Release.

We will thoroughly Field Test your product, evaluate it, and suggest ways to improve it (if needed). We will also write and submit Field Test Reports on the product to our list of national/regional/state publications and web sites. Written product evaluation only, $50. Field Test, evaluation and consultation, minimum fee $75.
